The ESB Headquarters in Fitzwilliam Place is an award winning building (BREEAM Excellent rating and a BER of A3) which includes a closed loop geothermal collector below the building completed to deliver heating and cooling. GeoServ provided a turnkey geothermal collector design and installation as well as a grey water supply to the building. Project partners included Pat & Mark Dempsey, Aqua GeoServices Ltd, Walls Well Drilling.
