Riccardo Pasquali B.A. MSc. PGeo EuroGeol
Ric has 12 year experience in natural resource consultancy, project management and project development. His core areas of expertise include geology, geothermal energy (shallow and deep), environmental geology and energy efficiency. Ric has advised local authorities, government agencies as well as private sector clients on geothermal energy development solutions, regulatory and legislative frameworks as well as providing project management services during exploration and development stages. As part of these skills he has also provided services to large private sector companies and local authorities on hydrogeological and contaminated land matters.
In addition to working on large scale development projects, Ric specialises in providing advice on groundwater supply development, drilling programme management and energy efficiency to both residential customers and SMEs.
Ric is also an associate consultant of SLR Environmental Consulting (Ireland) Ltd. and a non-executive board member of the Institute of Geologists of Ireland.

Damien Bonté B.Sc. MSc.
Damien is a geologist specialising in geothermal energy and basin modelling. Damien has extensive experience in reservoir characterisation in the geothermal and hydrocarbons sectors with specific focus on petroleum systems. He has over 4 years experience of working in a professional environment during which he project managed a collaborative regional assessment of the thermal characteristics of the Paris Basin (France) between TNO and BRGM. He has worked as an assistant researcher at TNO on lithospheric and magmatic related basin thermal evolution of the lithosphere, and has been responsible for the data compilation and data preparation for the Heat Flow Map of Europe in 2010.
During his career Damien has also worked at BRGM on the acquisition and geostatistical analysis of deep temperature and heat flow data in France and to the compilation of detailed maps.
In addition to completing basin and national scale resource assessment studies for geothermal energy, Damien provided specialised advice in the development of a Decision Support System tool for EGS systems to TNO as part of the ENGINE FP7 programme.
Damien is bilingual in English and French and has good knowledge of Spanish.
